About You:

You’re eager to learn and apply the knowledge you’ve gained from your studies. You’re a problem solver and very curious, eager to identify and tackle any challenge put in front of you; you’re an excellent communicator who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; you’re great at following processes, procedures, and deadlines.


Job Responsibilities:

The Accounting Intern will report directly to the Director of Finance/Accounting. Job responsibilities include:

  • Participate in financial integration projects with various other Orchard subsidiaries including implementing financial systems, fixed asset registers, account analysis, etc.
  • Prepare and analyze various monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist in a 1099-Misc tax form project.
  • Assist in creating and analyzing overhead reports.


  • College credit required
  • Pursuing a degree in accounting or finance
  • Consistently punctual and able to adhere to a set schedule
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Well-organized and attentive to detail; outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Gmail

Bonus Points:

  • Passion for, knowledge of, and appreciation for music!
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel. Comfortable with Pivot Tables and common formulas.
