Responsibilities

Daily duties will include:

  • Researching label copy from catalogue releases
    • Verifying publishing information
    • Confirming metadata
  • Uploading key catalog to Sync Team Web site and Search Engines
    • Via box.com
  • Compiling playlists for various music supervisors
  • Helping to assemble newsletters that are sent to film, TV, advertising, and indie music supervisors.
    • Download Tracking
  • Update CRM Spreadsheet with relevant meta data for inclusion to our new CRM platform.
  • Update and upkeep our online search / delivery platform, metadata spreadsheets and music supervisor contacts
    • Via the Google drive
    • Clean up the various files in the SYNC files
  • Assisting in responding to Music pitches to various media.
  • Updating Label Rights Log
  • Assist with Ad Notifications to our clients and Client Managers
    • Sharing wins and updating socials
  • Assist with Facebook and Social Media Posts
  • Updating Tip Sheets
    • Video Games, Television, & Film
  • Weekly update reports

Qualifications

Requirements include basic understanding of music licensing and the music publishing landscape; strong understanding of music trends and familiarity with music across all genres; Social marketing and solid writing skills.
