As an account manager in the Performance Rights Services team, you are crucial in leading & scaling our fast-growing neighboring rights business, executing on a value proposition that drives client satisfaction and revenue. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of collecting royalties from a subset of the 35+ performance societies around the world with whom The Orchard works.
You’re impeccably accurate and detailed, while able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize appropriately. You’re a fearless, creative problem solver, an excellent communicator who provides a high level of service both internally and externally, and you’re great at following processes, procedures, and deadlines.
