We are looking for a Technical Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our team and assist in cultivating a deep understanding of the user, as well as develop strategy and content to support the objectives of our product.

 

As a paid part-time employee for The Orchard, you’ll be an advocate for artists that The Orchard distributes through implementing digital and in-person marketing strategies. You’ll act professionally, courteously and respectfully while you promote 2-4 artists per month in your college town and on campus, as well as one-off promotions as they arise. You’ll be a tastemaker in your market by working with local businesses, record stores, DJs, promoters, campus organizations, etc. and your focus will be on new releases and tour support of an array of artists covering a wide range of genres.

Reporting to the Director, Client Management, the full-time Client Management Coordinator is a proactive, driven, process-oriented individual with a passion for movies and the growing landscape of entertainment. This role will work specifically with all of the collection, verification, organization and delivery of assets for digital, theatrical, physical, international, and broadcast distribution. He/she will support the Client Management team day-to-day, as well as the Film/TV group as a whole on special projects. He/she will also have a client-facing role in working with select content providers to set up releases. He/she must be an effective communicator while playing all roles from client relations to technical delivery support. The position requires an organized, proactive and self-motivated multi-tasker with impeccable attention to detail.

As a Rights Management Coordinator, you’re impeccably accurate and detail-oriented while still able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize appropriately. You’re able to proactively pinpoint and report on issues that arise pertaining to your daily tasks, and would love to become familiar with YouTube’s CMS and other streaming platforms. You’re numbers-focused, with a keen eye for data and an appreciation for the spreadsheet. You’re driven and enthusiastic about joining a team where collaboration is key, and want to be part of a company at the forefront of the music and digital space.
