As a manager on the Performance Rights division of the Rights Management Team, you are crucial in leading & scaling our fast-growing neighboring rights business, executing on a value proposition that drives client satisfaction and revenue. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of collecting royalties from a subset of the 45 performance societies around the world with whom The Orchard works.
As a paid part-time employee for The Orchard, you’ll be an influential advocate for artists that The Orchard distributes through implementing creative digital and in-person marketing strategies. Our College Marketing Reps are tastemakers in their market who have a strong online presence and work with local businesses, record stores, DJs, promoters, campus organizations, etc. to execute creative campaigns. College Reps focus on new releases and tour support for our thriving up and coming artists as well as established artists, covering a wide range of genres. Our Reps typically promote 4-6 album releases per month, in addition to tours and one-off promotions that pop up. Orchard College Marketing Reps have a great opportunity to increase their exposure in the music industry and within their local community, as well as gain a foot in the door at a major player in the entertainment industry.
